The January alarm
Applications for 2026 opened on 1 January. For 2027 the municipality has published nothing yet (as of 2 Nov 2026).
The date is our suggestion; the municipality names none. The file is made in your browser and goes nowhere. 2 January falls on a weekend, hence 4 January.
Until then, under the 2026 guideline
- Collecting quotes and planning do not count as starting. An order, a purchase contract and the start of work do: the application must be in before them. The municipality’s page says to order only after approval.
- Applications go in online only. The municipality recommends the BayernID for signing in.
- Whether the same rates apply in 2027 (€100 per kWp, battery €100 per kWh, plug-in solar €150) is only known with the new guideline.
Without guarantee. The municipality’s guideline applies.
