## How it works in Unterhaching

You may sign once you have applied.

1. At the town hall, by email or post, before you order
2. You may then start at your own risk; the municipality advises waiting for its reply
3. 1.5 years to finish; documents at the latest 3 months after switching on
4. At most €10,000 per building in five years; you pay at least 40 % yourself
